Join us for a festive and creative workshop where you’ll learn to make your very own Christmas decoration inspired by the traditional Ukrainian Petrykivka painting style. This unique folk art, recognized by UNESCO, features vibrant floral motifs, delicate brush strokes, and rich symbolism.

In this hands-on session, you will:

• Discover the history and meaning behind Petrykivka art.

• Learn essential painting techniques with specialized brushes.

• Design and paint your own Christmas ornament to take home.

No prior experience is needed - bring your creativity and holiday spirit! This workshop is perfect for all from 6 years old and will add a touch of Ukrainian tradition to your holiday celebrations.

The event is organized by the Ukrainian Association of Florida, a 501(c)(3) classified non-profit organization that has been organizing Ukrainian cultural events since 2022.

All proceeds will be directed to organize Ukrainian cultural events and support social projects aimed at helping Ukrainian children of fallen defenders.
